Here is a unique opportunity to sample delicacies from Rajasthan- the land of majarajas. 

 

We will present 10 of the most popular dishes from Rajasthan and look forward to your comments, suggestions and feedback.

SAFFRON INFUSED PRAWN IN FILO BASKET

Masala potato stuffed in sweet pepper, potato shell filled with cottage cheese, spinach and sour cream. Lentil doughnut in a yogurt dressing, date and tamarind reduction, mint chutney.
