The Menu

Make your own Garam Masala

Classic blend of aromatics to create fragrant dishes

Dosai with gently spiced potatoes, mustard and onions

The dosai is a South Indian crepe

Those with wheat allergies or gluten intolerance will find the dosai a tasty addition to their diets

 

Chicken legs on the bone marinated in a Tandoori marinade then simmered in an aromatic North Indian style sauce

This is a classical Indian sauce recipe and the marinade can also be used as a stunning barbeque marinade this summer!

 

Sea bass marinated in lemon grass, lime leaves and ginger, served with a foraged salad and a creamy coconut based Kerala style sauce

This delicious fish dish works wonders with a subtle sauce and foraged herbs from our coast and woods. The recipe also works with many seafood dishes such as prawns and scallops

 

Quinoa and cauliflower stir fry

A quick and easy stir-fry using leftovers from a dinner party to create a healthy carbohydrate based dish

 

Juicy Indian Ocean Tiger prawns in a spicy piri piri style marinade

This can work as a starter or a main course. It’s a simple dish but still packs a delicious punch
