Champagne cocktail

 

AMUSE BOUCHE

Herb crusted scallop with quail eggs Nargisi kebab. (kebab or kofta with quail egg in the middle)

Or

Wild mushroom cocktail samosa, delicate chick pea flour khandvi (tightly rolled bite-sized snack made of gram flour and yogurt.)

 

STARTER  

Piri piri  lobster tail, soft shell crab, grilled mullet, wild Alaskan salmon caviar served with tamarind chutney, crab raita, pickled samphire.

 

Mysore masala dosa, chargrilled paneer with tandoori spices, sweet potato and chick pea flour dumpling served with pineapple chutney, green pea chutney and coconut chutney.

 

Lancashire quail marinated in fresh turmeric and cumin, chicken thigh tikka and breast of wood pigeon smoked with cloves, pigeon pate, mango and red onion salad, tomato and garlic chutney.

 

MIDDLE COURSE 

Lamb shorba (Persian style soup) with French trimmed rack of lamb

Or

Tomato shorba (Persian style soup) with crispy courgette flower Allergen advice.

 

MAINS

All mains served with Indian flat bread.

 

Thali (Vegetarian. Vegan when requested)  

Butternut squash stuffed with exotic mushroom risotto, garlic and red pepper aubergine, stir fried seasonal vegetables, lentil with spinach, biryani style rice, paprika fenugreek potatoes, cucumber raita, chutneys. Sauce of yoghurt and green pea.

 

Whole roast poussin with tandoor spices, kachumber salad, sauce of lemon grass and ginger, cauliflower and potatoes , basmati rice, mint and coriander chutney.   

 

Herb crusted fillet of lamb, chickpea masala, julienne salad, spinach and potatoes, Basmati rice, mango chutney, saffron lamb velouté sauce.

 

Pinwheel of seabass, with black tiger prawn mousse, stir fried winter greens, Kerala coconut sauce, lemon sticky rice.

Rose and vanilla crème brulee with chocolate samosa, dehydrated rose petals, cardamom sauce
