Enjoy a night of lively and entertaining jazz from "Bona Jazz" three vastly experienced, consummate musicians with many years of live performance between them. "Bona Jazz" comprises Dave (saxes, clarinet and flute) Martyn (keyboards/trombone) and Adrian (guitar, banjo and vocals) covering a jazz spectrum from Dixieland to Santana.

MEDLEY OF EXOTIC MUSHROOMS, ORGANIC CHERRY TOMATOES

Homemade tomato sauce, chutneys, mango and red onion salad

 

 

TRIO OF VEGETARIAN STREET FOOD

Crispy poori, sweet potato and chick pea flour dumpling, onion and spinach fritter, tomato chutney.

 

 

GRILLED TILAPIA SALAD

Grilled tilapia, crispy anchovies, cucumber, spinach leaves, grapefruit vinaigrette dressing

 

 

AMBRETTE STYLE CHICKEN THIGH WITH LEMON GRASS, FENUGREEK PAPRIKA POTATO

Mint and coriander chutney, crispy onion, fresh coriander.
