Let’s go meat free one day of the week!

Launched by Paul, Mary and Stella McCartney in 2009, Meat Free Monday is a campaign which aims to raise awareness of the detrimental environmental impact of eating meat, and to encourage people to help slow climate change, preserve precious natural resources and improve their health by having at least one meat free day each week.

One day a week can make a world of difference!

 

STARTERS

WILD AND RUSTIC MUSHROOM SOUP, PICKED QUAIL EGG

 

DOSAI WITH GENTLY SPICED POTATOES, MUSTARD AND ONIONS 
Sambar, coconut chutney.
The dosai is a South Indian crepe and is rich in carbohydrates and proteins.

 

TRIO OF VEGETARIAN STREET FOOD  
Crispy poori, sweet potato and chick pea flour dumpling, steamed yogurt and vermicelli cake, tomato chutney.

 

MAINS

 

WILD QUINOA AND SEASONAL VEGETABLES STIR FRY, MUNG LENTIL, HALLOUMI

Asparagus, crispy okra, crispy onions, paprika, fenugreek potatoes, mint and coriander chutney

 

BAKED AUBERGINE FLAVOURED WITH GARLIC AND RED PEPPER, KENTISH GOATS CHEESE.

Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach, asparagus, sauce of green pea and herbs, paprika fenugreek potatoes, steamed biryani style rice.

 

STUFFED BUTTERNUT SQUASH, RISOTTO, EXOTIC MUSHROOM, ASPARAGUS, PARMESAN 

Cumin spiced red lentil and spinach, sauce of yoghurt and green pea.

When the dish directly contains an allergen, it is listed on our menu in the restaurant. All our dishes may contain traces of celery, gluten,  crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya and sulphur dioxide.  

 

Due to the large number of products that we use and the rate of change of allergen traces found in these products it is not possible to specify which products contain traces of allergens as they are constantly being updated without notice. Therefore, please be aware that it is possible that any dish could contain traces of all allergens.

 

We serve complimentary courses that you may not order between courses. Please be aware that the pre dessert granita contains milk. The pre starters change on a daily basis and may directly contain any of the allergens.
