Let’s go meat free one day of the week!

Launched by Paul, Mary and Stella McCartney in 2009, Meat Free Monday is a campaign which aims to raise awareness of the detrimental environmental impact of eating meat, and to encourage people to help slow climate change, preserve precious natural resources and improve their health by having at least one meat free day each week.

One day a week can make a world of difference!

MUMBAI STREET PAV BHAJI
Classical Vegetarian Street food of Mumbai. This dish is spiced mixture of mashed vegetables in a thick gravy cooked on the flat griddle served hot with a buttered soft, white bread roll and cheese. 

 

ROASTED AUBERGINE MASH FLAVOURED WITH GARLIC AND RED PEPPER, KENTISH GOATS CHEESE, DUCHESS POTATO
Aubergine fritter, cumin spiced Toor lentil, asparagus, sprouts, pickled courgette, carrot, sauce of green pea and herbs
